THE VILLA
A place with a soul of its own
More than a setting

Shaped by time
Built at the end of the eighteenth century, La Cedrina was designed by a Genoese architect for a noble family. Its frescoed interiors and historic character preserve the memory of the villa’s origins, while the surrounding landscape continues to define its identity.
The estate takes its name from the centuries-old Lebanese cedar standing beside the villa: a living presence that has watched over the property for more than three hundred years.
Today, La Cedrina brings together historic heritage and contemporary hospitality, allowing its story to continue through the people and moments it welcomes.

A landscape of spaces
La Cedrina extends beyond the walls of the historic villa. Its rooms open onto a centuries-old park, where architecture, vegetation and views over the Monferrato create a continuous dialogue between indoors and outdoors.
The Lebanese cedar, the mature trees and the carefully maintained woodland give the estate its distinctive presence. Around them, gardens and sheltered spaces offer different atmospheres throughout the day and across the seasons.

The historic villa
Frescoed interiors, elegant proportions and rooms shaped by the history of the estate preserve the villa’s original character.

The park and its trees
The park unfolds around centuries-old trees, including the Lebanese cedar from which La Cedrina takes its name. Beyond the gardens, the view opens towards the hills of Monferrato, while the woodland above the villa creates a natural and secluded setting.

The outdoor spaces
The garden can be interpreted in different ways, from open-air receptions to more intimate moments. A pergola, a bioclimatic pavilion and the limonaia create sheltered environments that remain closely connected to the surrounding nature.

One place, many ways to experience it
Alongside the historic villa, the Country House introduces a contemporary dimension to La Cedrina while remaining connected to the landscape around it.
Its spaces have been designed for hospitality in its different forms: shared meals, private gatherings, business meetings and informal moments. A dedicated kitchen supports chefs and catering teams, while comfortable rooms overlook the pool, the woodland and the valley.
Together, the villa, the park and the Country House allow each occasion to unfold naturally across different settings, from quiet and intimate moments to larger shared experiences.
